This version presents the WindCloud project and is free to browse, subject to your own connection costs. Paid features and customer workspaces are not open. Visiting does not create a subscription. The final service terms must be presented before acceptance.
02Permitted use
You must respect others’ rights and avoid compromising the website: unauthorised access, unlawful content, malware and abusive extraction attempts are prohibited. Examples must not be used to impersonate a real business.
03Future accounts and content
Opening an account will require accurate information and authority to represent the relevant business. Each user must protect their access and report compromises. Customers must hold the rights required for the text, images, trademarks and data they publish. The proposed website must be approved before publication.
04Availability and responsibility
Interruptions may be necessary for maintenance or security. This marketing website offers no numerical uptime commitment. Information may change; no search-engine position or business outcome is guaranteed. Responsibilities for the paid service will be defined by the sales terms, subject to mandatory rules.
05Reports and suspension
Disputed content or incidents can be reported to the contact in the legal notice. Restrictions will be proportionate to the risk, with notice to the user where possible. Appeal, moderation and evidence-retention procedures must be specified before publishing workspaces open.
06Changes and applicable law
The dated version identifies the text presented. Changes affecting a future contract must be notified under the sales terms. French law is the assumption used in this template and must be confirmed against the country of establishment. Applicable mandatory rules and remedies remain reserved.
